Baba Tarlochan Singh Ji was born on December 8, 1951, in the village of Athouli to Father Lashman Singh and Mother Naranjan Kaur Ji. Known for his calm nature, he completed his 10th grade from the village school and pursued a life rooted in agriculture. He also served as a head postmaster, demonstrating his dedication to public service.

Baba Ji was a devout practitioner, worshiping diligently at the well every morning and evening. Through his Bhakti, he became known for his ability to alleviate the suffering of those who came to him in pain.

In 1998, Baba Tarlochan Singh Ji organized a (mela) fair at a site established by “Bari Wale Baba Ji.” This annual event, held on June 5th each year, includes Langar, Shabeel musical entertainment and stalls in doing this it also continues to attract devotees. Under his guidance, a significant building was constructed at the site, facilitating various Sangat activities.

Baba Ji dedicated his life to serving the Sangat, often taking on their sorrows and pains. He passed away on March 2, 2011, at the age of 59 years, 2 months, and 22 days. His legacy of devotion and service continues to inspire, with Sangat members regularly visiting the site and engaging in communal work in his honor.
